PUT YOUR BODY
IN SAFE HANDS

BALANCE IS KEY

WHAT IS BIODYNAMIC CRANIOSACRAL THERAPY (BCST)?

Working on a clients mandible and sphenoid. Helps with any TMJ issues.

When Nothing Else Has Worked, This Is Where We Begin.

Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy (BCST) is a gentle, nervous system focused approach that supports your body’s natural ability to regulate and restore itself.

Many people arrive here after trying everything else.
Managing symptoms. Pushing through. Holding it together.

Chronic pain is rarely just physical.
Stress is rarely just about workload.
And you cannot think your way out of survival mode.

This work is not about force or fixing. It is about creating the conditions where your nervous system feels safe enough to soften.

When safety returns, the body responds.
Tension unwinds.
Pain can shift.
Clarity follows.

What Makes This Different

Many therapies focus on symptoms.
This work focuses on the nervous system holding them.

Nothing is forced. Nothing is rushed.
Your body is met where it is.

Over time, small shifts create meaningful, lasting change.
This is designed to build capacity and self-trust, not dependency.

"To be heard is to be healed, and to be deeply heard is to be deeply healed"

What is Craniosacral Therapy?

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Working with clients temporal bones.

Craniosacral Therapy (CST) is a gentle, hands-on treatment that works with the body’s natural rhythms to release deep tension, support nervous system regulation, and restore balance. It’s subtle but powerful, ideal for anyone seeking physical, emotional, or mental relief without invasive techniques.

Where does CST come from?

Developed by osteopath Dr. John Upledger in the 1970s, CST is rooted in osteopathy and based on the concept that the body has its own wisdom and rhythm. By tuning into the craniosacral rhythm, the slow pulse of cerebrospinal fluid, practitioners can identify and release restrictions, helping the body self-correct and heal.

If you're unsure whether it's the right fit for your situation, feel free to reach out, I’d be happy to chat with you about your specific needs.

How often should I book?

The frequency of Craniosacral Therapy sessions varies from person to person and depends on your unique needs, goals, and how your nervous system responds to treatment. Some clients notice meaningful shifts within just a few sessions, while others may choose to engage in longer-term support—especially if working through deeper patterns or trauma. You might also prefer a slower, more spacious pace to support your body's natural rhythm and integration process. We’ll regularly check in together to review your progress and make sure the frequency of sessions continues to support your healing journey. For a deeper connection and longer-lasting results, we generally recommend starting with 4–6 sessions. This allows time for your body to build trust, settle into the work, and begin making sustainable changes. ✨ Looking for a cost-effective option? Is craniosacral therapy same as Reiki?

While both Craniosacral Therapy (CST) and Reiki are gentle, non-invasive healing modalities, they are quite different in their focus and approach. Reiki works primarily with the energetic body, using energy transfer through the practitioner’s hands to support emotional and energetic balance. Craniosacral Therapy, on the other hand, uses a whole-body approach, listening to cues from the physical body, specifically the craniosacral system, which includes the bones, tissues, and fluids surrounding the brain and spinal cord. CST uses light touch to release restrictions and support the healthy flow of cerebrospinal fluid, helping to rebalance the nervous system and support the body’s natural healing processes. Both therapies can be deeply restorative in their own way. ✨ The best advice? Try both and let your body decide. At different points in your journey, you may find yourself drawn to one or the other—or even both. Trust your gut. The most important thing is finding what supports you best. Keep going until you find the right fit for your healing journey. You deserve that support.

From Construction to Craniosacral Therapy

Hello! I’m Michelle Josephine Farrelly.

Originally from Ireland, I moved to Australia in 2009 and built a career in Project Controls and Project Management within the construction industry. Structure, precision and accountability shaped my early career.

But experiencing Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy in 2018 changed the direction of my life.

I began formal training in 2021 and completed my practitioner studies in 2023. Ongoing postgraduate training continues to deepen my commitment to nervous system regulation and body-led healing.

I adore this work because I have experienced its depth firsthand.

My Philosophy

I do not position myself as the answer.
Your body already holds that.

My role is to create a safe, supportive space where your system can recalibrate, and you can begin to trust yourself again.

I adore this work because I see what happens when someone realises, they are not broken.
When tension softens.
When self-trust returns.

There is nothing performative about it.
It is quiet. And it is powerful.
